Our gift cards are delivered via email and postal service, containing a unique code for online checkout in our stores. There are no additional processing fees associated with our gift cards.
Please note that gift certificates utilized in the Online Store must be redeemed in full. If not fully redeemed, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit note, which will be emailed to the purchaser. This credit note is valid for 6 months from the original purchase date of the gift certificate and can be used in any IXIAH store, both online and in-person.

DOMESTICOrders are shipped Australia wide using Shippit Courier Service. For regional orders Australia Post will be occasionally used. Delivery for orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday AEST are shipped within 24 hours.
STANDARD SHIPPING (Estimated delivery time is 1-10 days)FREE for purchases over $250 AUD. ($15 AUD if the order value is less than $250 AUD).
EXPRESS SHIPPING (Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days)$15.00 for purchases over $100 AUD. ($30 AUD for purchases under $100 AUD).
INTERNATIONALFor Internation Customers, Duty / Vat is included in the RRP.Orders are sent using DHL Worldwide Express Service (Estimated delivery time is 3-14 days).Free shipping for orders over $500 AUD ($35 AUD will be charged if the order is under $500 AUD).
IMPORTANT NOTEBoth services allow you to track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. Orders are packed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.Any delivery date or time specified by our courier services is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any delays in delivery. RETURNSWe take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide your IXIAH online purchase with a refund or exchange on full priced items only (Duty / Vat is not refundable).
